A self-motivated, independent, detail oriented and responsible Team Lead who performs efficient and effective analysis and manages systems and programming projects, which includes project task level activities.
Assigned to lead a major systems development project, or to manage the on-going maintenance of a group of related systems.
Responsibilities:
Develops and maintains productive working relationships with project sponsors, key systems users, end-users, and other IT functions.
Performs activities of a Scrum MasterProvide technical leadership in new development projects, enhancement projects for existing systems, and system maintenance requests.
Supervises developers, as appropriate, and assigns project staff.
Estimates staff resource needs for developers, user personnel, consultants, and equipment.
Plans team member work assignments and schedules, and guides and monitors work performance.
Works closely with Application and Enterprise Architects to create / review implementation designsAssesses alternative systems approaches for workability and economic feasibilitySupervises and guides the detailed design and development activities for entire applications.
Design, develop, program and implement systems to specifications, and develop/coordinate project plans.
Reviews documentation and assures it is complete, acceptable, and in accordance with standards.
Formalizes project activities and guides a project acceptance as a production system.
Prepares regular project status reports.
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills and an ability to interact with all levels of technical and business team membersHands-on experience in an agile development environment10
years of experience as a software engineer with a strong knowledge of Object Oriented ProgrammingExpertise in implementing microservices, RESTful APIs, and event driven architecturesProven problem solving and critical thinking skillsSolid foundation in troubleshooting application and data issues in a distributed environmentDeep knowledge of design patternsHands-on experience with CI/CD systemsDrive to master emerging technologies and share experiences with team membersExperience with scripting languages is a plus Experience with Microsoft Dynamics platform preferred Selective is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
