Job Description
To support and promote the overall quality status of the managed services and ensure compliance to optimal service levels according to the highest standards provided by the Engineering Teams.
To act as the technical escalation point in all the technology areas managed by the team.
To Troubleshoot complex network issues escalated to the team with Incidents on a world-wide scale. To Handle post-incident analysis and Long Term Remdiation actions.
To handle confidently the escalation process up to Executive levels within the company.
Will be directly responsible for implementing Network and UC projects and also supervise projects being implemented by the Managed Services provider.
To work with technical teams and business teams when developing standardized network solution and communication plans to provide an optimal end user experience.
To adhere to project management and ITIL best practices and methodologies across projects and service delivery while meeting time-lines, budgets and business deliverables.
To ensure new tools, devices, platforms are properly put in production by following standard processes
To Coach, mentor and motivate others in the team
To manage vendors and drive deliverables to meet target dates. Job Requirements
5-8 years in providing technical operation support and service delivery in Data Network areas
2 years experience as a Tier3 engineer in an Enterprise level NOC
Good knowledge of ITIL processes or similar best practices (Eg; Change, Incident, Problem management)
Proven experience in troubleshooting and fixing complex networking issues.
Strong working knowledge in the following areas
Routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) - Cisco NAC configuration in Layer 2 switches - Cisco Identity Service Engine (ISE) knowledge - How to build profiles in ISE by looking at device attributes - How to build policy sets - How to view live logs in ISE to determine device profiling status - Cisco ASA / FirePower Firewalls - Pulse Secure SA / MAG / Pulse Security Gateways - Palo Alto Firewalls - F5 BigIP Load Balancers - LDAP / Kerberos/ SAML / Radius - Certificate authentication - Intrusion Protection System (IPS) - Monitoring and management tool such as or similar to (example ServONE, Cisco Security Manager, Tufin, NetBrain)
Experience with Cisco ISE around PSN provisioning, patcing, certificate renewal, report generation and backup/restore will be desirable.
Experience with scripting and DevOps tools and languages (e. g. Python, GitHub, etc.) and automation tool like Glueware will be an advantage
Experience with Cisco WAAS, QOS, DMVPN, Wireless, Web Gateways, Cloud (AWS, Azure), Federated/SSO services and DNS/DHCP via tool like IPAM will be an advantage
Experience with Global IT operations following the sun support Ability to work independently and to deliver projects effectively
The Cisco CCNP certification is highly recommended
Industry recognized certifications such as CISSP, CCIE, PMP are a very welcome plus

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
